Don’t Waste Your Jabbok

Pulling from the account of Jacob and Esau's turbulent relationship, Chris Liebenberg shared a powerful and encouraging message on Sunday, elaborating on what happened at the river of Jabbok, as Jacob wrestled with the Lord. 

This is a place where Jacob was alone and getting to know God in a personal way. Including adjusting his perspective to knowing that God's desire is to bless and not to curse.

Encounter

Darryl speaks into the desire of this generation, which is to understand and experience spirituality. Looking at the prevalent interest in portrayals of the supernatural via media and production platforms, it is clear that people are looking for the supernatural - just not in the right place.

We pray: 'As in heaven, so on earth...', and for this reason, spiritual encounters are necessary. How can we replicate on earth, what we have not seen in heaven?
